	Although services can be tailored to suit the individual client, the typical Confident Birth Doula package includes A minimum of four ante-natal meetings in your home, or the CB&W clinic, of approximately two hours A comprehensive information pack Additional information requests throughout your pregnancy quickly answered by phone or email References for professional services and support Assistance in writing a birth preferences document 24 hour on-call access two weeks before and after your due date Unrestricted continuous support throughout labour Back-up doula Therapeutic grade oils, heat packs and all equipment needed for comfort during labour Two post-natal visits Exclusive access to an extensive library of birth and parenting related material A photographic record and personal written account of your baby's birth - on request Single meetings can be arranged for Guided meditation and relaxation - a wonderful lead-up to birth and a great way to get through the anxious 'post date' days Assistance with preparation of a birth preferences document - if you don't know your options you don't have any - make sure your preferences are realistic and recognised Advice and coaching for birth partners - essential for those who want to make sure they have the right tools to assist a woman in labour Natural Induction - there are many gentle therapies that can be used to give baby a little nudge Pre or postnatal Reiki sessions - beautifully calming and guaranteed to reduce stress and speed recovery Postnatal debriefing - when you simply need to talk things through with someone who understands Birth Trauma counselling - can be combined with the healing power of natural therapies Complementary therapies - Reiki, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Australian Bush Flower Essences Miscarriage and still birth support - see here for more information Elective Cesarean preparation - see here for more information Supporting a birth only It is far better that I build rapport with a woman and we get to know each other prior to a birth, however, if I am available and engaged late in the pregnancy, the service includes one antenatal meeting and full birth support .
